Contact DECHUAN before returning any item so the product, condition and order circumstances can be reviewed.
Return authorization
Do not send products back without return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused by the receiving carrier.
Product condition
Keep the original packaging and accessories. Installed, used, damaged or customized items may not be eligible for return unless a verified product issue applies.
Incorrect or damaged items
Provide the order reference, product label and clear photos so the issue can be assessed before a resolution is arranged.
Refund details
Any approved refund method, deductions and timing are confirmed for the individual return after inspection.
